The Billion Trees Campaign!
The Billion Tree Campaign was launched in 2006 by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as a response to the challenges of global warming, as well as to a wider array of sustainability challenges, from water supply to biodiversity loss.

Educate a girl child. Reduce Gender inequality

The United Nations has announced 11th October as Day of the Girl. This year the theme for this will be "Innovating for Girls' Education. To reduce illiteracy in girls join us in the each one, teach one model. Reach out to one girl child who is deprived of education and start teaching her for one hour, once in a week. School Telephone Helpline
To ensure your own and your friends' safety, create a Safe School Committee. The Committee will consist of your Principal, a teacher and 5 students who want to lead this cause. An emergency number can be created for the students of your school, to contact in case of any harmful or uncomfortable event. Your Principal and Teacher will be able to give you the required assistance to call your parents, doctors, etc. The students in this committee must act as friends to any student who is facing a problem and support him/her in their studies and extra-curriculur activities
Don't Spit, Don't Litter
Spitting and throwing litter on streets is a curse to the nation. Take a small step - put up handmade posters around your neighbourhood urging people to give up these bad habits. A healthier and cleaner neighbourhood will benefit each one of us.
